As of 2010 the well produced 15gpm and is 55ft deep (averaged 7.4 over 90 minutes), and the pump was replaced in 2015. Septic was installed in 1997 and inspected in 2010. $3500 in roof repairs made in 2014. in 2012 there was extensive work done to fix and adequately support windows and install proper headers. Last summer the pipes were repaired from freeze damage.

There is floor sloping in certain spots. Heating oil smell in garage (looks to be small leak). Front porch overhang (also part of the upstairs floor) needs to be better supported. Deck needs to be replaced. Kitchen needs remodel, and (at least some) floors replaced. There are two windows are doors that need to be replaced, sheetrock work, and paint.
