Smoking inside the home is prohibited, and any evidence of smoking will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. No parties or events are allowed, and violations will incur a deep cleaning fee between $500-700, along with a charge for carpet cleaning. Outdoor quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am daily, and failure to adhere to this rule can result in an additional fine of $100 per incident. Early check-ins are not guaranteed and are subject to a fee of $25 per hour. Late check-outs must be approved and are $50 per hour beyond the regular 11am check-out. If guests stay past the check-out time without approval, they will be charged for the next night’s stay. A $50 fine per guest will be applied for any guests in excess of the reserved number. A $500 deep cleaning fee will apply if any smoke debris or smell is identified during or after a guest’s stay.
The property includes a fully furnished office space, ideal for guests who need to attend to work during their stay. The office features a workspace with a desk, chair, and lamp, and a sofa that converts to a double bed. Wi-Fi is available for your convenience.
