The living area is a welcoming space with a sofa bed and a TV, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare meals. In-unit conveniences include a washer and dryer for a hassle-free stay.
Parking is available, but please display your parking permit at all times to avoid being towed. The garage gate closes at 11:00 PM. Replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300, per building policy.

The building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in, which must be completed before arrival. The pool is not available for this season. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. We provide a starter kit of supplies, but bath towels and washcloths are not provided. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, and damages exceeding $300 per stay are not covered. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 replacement fee. Smoking inside incurs a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine.
The apartment includes a dedicated desk for remote work in the master bedroom, providing a comfortable space to work from home. A laptop computer is not included.
