For the safety and security of all residents, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in, which must be completed before arrival. The pool is not available for this season. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but bath towels and washcloths are not provided. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 13 to May 1, and AC is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, the operation of the HVAC is at the discretion of the Building association according to the outside temperature. Lost FOB/access cards cost $250 to replace, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300, per building policy. Smoking inside the unit or unauthorized parties or gatherings will result in a $300 fine. The damage waiver fee covers accidental damage to items inside the property, up to $300 per stay. Intentional damage, damage from policy violations, damages exceeding $300 per stay, damage caused by vehicles, damage to personal belongings, theft or lost items, and any unreported damage are not covered.
