The building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in, which must be completed before arrival. The pool is not available for this season. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but bath towels and washcloths are not included. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. The damage waiver fee helps cover accidental damages up to $300 per stay, but only if they are reported during your stay. Additional fees apply for violations, such as a $250 fee for lost FOB/access cards, $300 fine for smoking inside the unit, and $300 fine for unauthorized parties or gatherings.
