We offer a simple and touchless check-in process with the use of an electronic keypad. You will enjoy ample space, a warm and relaxed environment, antique wooden floors, accent colors, adjustable A/C, smart TV.

We will try not to interfere with your stay, but if you need anything from us, please let us know. Rest assured one of our team members will try to happily assist as soon as it is reasonably possible.

- Building does not have elevator, but it is only two floors.
- Please let us know if you'll be bringing pets. There is a one time pet cleaning fee of $99 to be charged per pet, and a reimbursable pet security deposit of $250 per pet.
- Coin laundry available in the premises (inside the property).
- If there are any special requests (additional person, early check-in, etc), please let us know in advance and we'll do our best.
- We ask that guests be considerate of noise levels. At all times, loud music is prohibited, and quiet hours are strictly enforced.
- Parties are not allowed.
- The use of illegal substances inside the units are prohibited.
