Smoking inside the house will incur an extra $250 cleaning fee for odor removal. Guests who stay beyond their checkout time without approval will be charged $100 per hour. Please use the pool at your own risk and ensure anyone under 18 is supervised by an adult. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, and guests are asked to clean after their pets.
