Main access to the home is through the front porch, which opens into the living room. The cozy large living area features a Roku TV, a pull-out queen sleeper sofa, and additional seating. Off the living room is access to the kitchen and dining area, where you can enjoy the well-equipped kitchen and dining table with room for 6. The hallway on the right of the living room leads to the full bathroom with a tub and two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has two full beds and a desk. In the backyard, you will find a BBQ grill available for outdoor use.
A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
Situated in the serene residential neighborhood of Historic Midtown Columbus, this home is conveniently located just 2.5 miles from Downtown Columbus with easy access to major highways and interstates. Within a short distance, you'll find Lake Bottom Park, The Bradley Center Hospital, and Columbus High School. The driveway can accommodate up to 3 cars. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged.
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. We like to give our guests privacy and contact-free check-in, so we offer check-in with a digital door code prior to arrival. Just know that we are a quick phone call away if ever the need arises. You must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. To be courteous to our neighbors, we ask that you respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. We may monitor noise with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property.
