We have had 3 lot sales in the past year from two owners. The property is surrounded by farmland. It has an abundance of wildlife such as but not limited to turkey, hogs, deer, and bobcats. To the south from my Lot 6 and the Okeechobee Waterway is the Dupuis Land preserve. (https://myfwc.com/recreation/cooperative/dupuis/ ) an almost 22,000 acre tract. I have cleared about 5 acres.
