We are a family of 5 in the front house with three littles and we love Old Town Orange and this neighborhood. We're thrilled to be able to offer this space for an awesome person to rent.

KEY HOUSE RULES
Free street parking for one vehicle is permitted. No parking in property's driveway.
Tenant responsibility to park on appropriate side of street during street sweeping (2x per month on each side of street) to avoid ticketing.
No drugs, smoking (of any substance), or illegal activity.
No pets and animals/wildlife are not to be fed or allowed in home for any reason.
No parties or excessive noise. Be respectful of neighbors and limit noise after 9 pm.
No spray tans or fake tans permitted as they ruin bedding, towels, rugs, etc.
No overnight guests.
No subletting or re-renting space to others.
App enabled LG smart tv is provided, but tenant responsibility for additional app, streaming, or tv cable services if desired.
Feminine products, wipes, paper towels, Kleenex, and the like are to never be flushed down toilets. Only toilet paper is to be flushed in toilets.
No cooking grease, fatty liquids, or food to be flushed down sinks, toilets, or shower drains.
Tenant is to dispose of trash and recycling in appropriate bins each week by Monday evening.
Tenants understand and agree to abide by city's ordinances and good neighbor guidelines.
