If you did not need a place to keep horses indoors for birthing or a place to shoe them during a rain storm, you could easily turn each stall into another bedroom with just a small amount of work. They are wired, have lights and water. It would be simple to add another half or full bathroom as well. The space is so large that adding two more bedrooms would not infringe upon the size of the recreational room--check out the pictures to really appreciate this room. The land is gorgeous. Both the front and rear pastures are fully fenced and have a small fenced area that ajoins them both. The horses can access the full areas or be separated or you can use the small fenced area inbetween for guest horses. There is a covered area for large hay bales that horses in each pasture can access. There is also a 4 stall barn in the back pasture with the pond. A hay storage feeder is designed for the top to come off to allow easy loading of square bales. There is also a large round pen and third fenced in area or dry lot with two stalls or run in sheds. The front pasture is wood and also has an electric fence line. The well has its own electric meter. There is room for several rv or horse trailers to park and an rv hookup. Several other small outbuildings provide even more storage. The house is beautifully kept and the landscaping around the house is stunning in all seasons.
