What I love about this house is:
1.THE KITCHEN. The granite countertops have many shades of grey(but less then 50), violet and a ting of earthy brown. There’s lots of countertop space for all your counter top appliances. There’s a gas cooktop (never yet used) and also a new electric wall oven, microwave and warmer drawer.
2.THE FLOORPLAN. It’s a 3 bedroom 2 bath with one of the bedrooms located by the front door making it ideal for an office or guest room. The living room flows into the enclosed patio. The dining area is large enough to hold a good size table.
3.ONE STORY. There’s no pesky stairs. No hauling groceries, or your gold up a flight of stairs. That’s really hard to do on crutches.
4.THE YARD. It’s large & level. Perfect for dogs, swing sets, a garden, you name it. Or build a guesthouse or additional home.
5.THE LIGHTS. The dining room light is new & modern. It has a dimmer switch to set the mood from romantic to “I want to see what I’m eating”. I also like the kitchen sink light.
