There is an additional monthly fee, as well as a non-refundable pet fee. We require a meet & greet and the pet will be listed on your rental agreement. They have proven to be quiet and very well behaved.

You agree to comply with the following rules:
Your furry family member must be under your control at all times as the yard space for the apartment is not fully fenced.
Your pet should be well trained (doesn't intimidate other dogs, bark constantly, dig up the yard, chew or scratch the interior or exterior of the home).
You will pick up after them responsibly (keeping in mind the other tenant enjoying a little fresh air on the other side of the privacy fence and the lawn mowing service).
You will not leave your pet unsupervised for long periods in the apartment.
