The unit is all-electric and that's the only utility you have to get, although high-speed Internet and cable are available, too. The bedrooms are the same size, but one has two closets. Downstairs, you have a kitchen with lots of cabinet space and granite countertops There's an uncovered patio off the back, which is also where a laundry room is located with washer/dryer connections. We haven't had pest problems, but you are responsible for spraying if necessary. (We would be happy to provide bug killer, but we prefer you to spray where you want spraying done.) The application fee is $35, which covers the cost of us checking your credit and verifying that you have good rental history with on-time rent payments for at least the last three years. We don't allow pets.
