Attic has new Radiant barrier with solar attic fan to keep the temps down. Screened in back porch with 50-amp circuit for a hot tub. ¼ acre fenced for goats with building for shelter (building is negotiable). A complete 175’ well pump, pipe, wire, pressure switch and bladder tank was just installed 2 months ago and is under warranty. We just had Spectrum TV install fiber cable for internet and TV works great with low cost. 2 car detached garage with 12’ covered roof on the side attached to it.
