Lovely Bennett Ranch plan 4, which is the largest model. This floor plan features a formal step down living room, formal dining room and a separate sunken family room complete with fireplace.
This is the only two story floor plan in Bennett Ranch with a downstairs bedroom (currently an office) and a full bath. The kitchen is also connected to a large eating area, so there are two places for a kitchen/ding room set. The kitchen cabinets have just been painted and are in very goor condition.

The master bedroom is large and will easily contain a king sized bedroom set.
