A comparable slip in a South Bay Marina would be at least $700.00 with additional costs for membership, electricity and other services. A shareholder who does not slip a boat incurs no monthly fee. All shareholders pay an annual fee to offset shared costs of upkeep and maintenance. This year the fee was set at $1500.00 with an additional surcharge of $200.00 for properties like23 Catspaw Cape where ramps lead down to the docks directly from the homes.
