While it is #9 street parking, you can unload or park for a few hours on Harden court at corner (see map) and not block traffic, this has been a BIG plus. Washer/Dryer included with extra available storage in the unfinished basement. Central heating and cooling throughout the home. Gas stoves and garbage disposal in the kitchen. Guests visiting out of town can either park on the same street with a guest pass or leave their car in the garage a few blocks away. Keypad lock on the front door makes it easy to enter and exit the home without needing to bring a key.

*Renters occupy the home until August 1st, 2023. Afterward, the home will be professionally cleaned, touched up with paint, and completely cleared for the new owners to move into.

Renovations: Some of the pictures on the listing are slightly outdated. Ask agent for the virtual video tour link which is the most up to date. A new roof was installed in mid-2020. The 2nd bathroom on the third floor and the 1st bedroom wall/closet were both installed in late 2020.
