Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional $150 pet cleaning fee per pet. Parking is available in the private lot behind the building for $15 per night, and it must be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. For stays of 28 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee of $90 will be charged. A Pack n' Play or high chair is available upon request for $10 per night.
