Rental Details: For rent 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 1 car garage, small-fenced yards. The unit is approximately ~550 square feet (square footage does not including the garage). All appliances included, except washer and dryer (hookups in unit). On bus line, close to schools, and walkable neighborhood.

Renter pays utilities (water, sewer, wastewater, and electric). Garage and recycling are included in rent. Cable and internet are not included in rent. We maintain the yard. Renter insurance required at $100,000.

Maximum of 1 dog allowed, we are allergic to cats, no cats allowed.

No smoking allowed on property or in unit.

Rent is $1295/Month Minimum Deposit is $1500 (subject to increase). Required first month’s rent and security deposit due upon move in. Month to month rental agreement.

Application standard process: view the property, receive an application, once a completed application is submitted, we will review and verify the following: rental history, income verification, criminal history, and any other supplemental information required.
