We offer a graduate student discount and an IU faculty discount. These include a waiver of the $50 application fee, and a monthly concession of $25 off of the rent price. In addition, we waive $350 off the security deposit for the apartment.

Or you can walk to the Bloomington Mall or the University campus (especially the IU Music School). Our one, two and three bedroom units are large, and covered parking is available.
