Living Room: Upon entering Villa Millitta you are greeted with vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan of the living room. There is plenty of seating and a flat-screen TV overlooking the glass sliders that lead to the pool area.

Kitchen/Dining Room: The kitchen and dining room are off to the right of the living area. The dining area has a round table with seating for 6 guests. There is a breakfast bar with additional seating for 3. The fully-equipped kitchen offers granite counters and stainless steel appliances. There is a traditional coffee maker available for you to use during your stay, as well as plenty of cookware stored in the pantry.

Master Bedroom/Bathroom: The master bedroom is located off of the living room and is carpeted with a king-sized bed and flat-screen TV. There are sliders overlooking the pool area and plenty of storage with two closets and a dresser available. The attached bathroom has a dual-sink vanity with granite counters and a spacious shower.

Guest Bedrooms/Bathrooms: As Villa Millitta has a split floor plan, the guest bedrooms are located off of the kitchen on the opposite side of the home. The first bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, and the second has two twin beds. They both have flat-screen TVs and are also carpeted. The guest bedrooms share the guest bathroom, which features a shower and also serves as the pool bath.

Pool/Lanai: You will no doubt want to spend most of your time by the pool in the Florida sunshine! The pool is solar-heated (and also has a solar cover available), and has plenty of room to eat and work on your tan. There is a propane grill available for you to cook your meals poolside if you wish! Currently, there is no pool cage as the owner is waiting for it to be replaced from hurricane damage.
