If the security deposit is not paid, the property will still be listed as available to other applicants.

Common Reasons to be Declined – evictions, unpaid balances due to landlords, move in date longer than 30 days out, credit score beneath the listings requirement, insufficient income, unsatisfactory references, felonies, inability to pay security deposit, and recent bankruptcies.
