Guests have exclusive access to the main cabin and surrounding property, including hiking trails, forests, meadows, and ponds. After booking, you will receive a renter's agreement via email to sign. A security hold of $350 will be placed on your credit card, similar to what hotels do for incidentals, and will be automatically and fully refunded 3 days after your stay if no excess cleaning or damage occurs.
