Pets should be discussed in advance, and we ask that they stay off beds and furniture, with pet cleaning fees applied. A full disclosure policy for the number of people on the property is enforced with security camera verification, respecting guest privacy with no cameras in private areas. Small, low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance.
