I have enjoyed living in this very comfortable open floor plan home. All the rooms are spacious and we had more than enough closet space for our storage. It has been a quiet place to live on the corner of a quiet street and a cul-de-sac. We designed our totally fenced back yard for entertaining. The large covered patio, separate gazebo, and our beautiful pool have been enjoyed by many of our friends and family. The pool is very low maintenance. The covered patio has a large natural gas barbecue station with an extra natural gas fire pit for cool evenings. There are lot of shady places to sit both in the back and front of this home. We have two large bedrooms. The master bedroom also has multiple closets (One nice sized walk-in closet for me) and a large bathroom. This home is great for entertaining on the inside too with the big kitchen island and open floor plan. The kitchen appliances are stainless steel with a gas stove top. The laundry room is inside the home with a newer front load washer and dryer and a laundry room sink tub. The garage is an extended garage big enough for any pickup or extra room for a golf cart.
