The living area features an open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped with a blender, electric stove, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, and beautiful granite countertops. This home has an expansive backyard with a beautiful screened-in pool where you can enjoy watching for dolphins and manatees in the river, soak in the beautiful Florida sun, and witness NASA rocket launches. Guests will also have access to a private dock on the river, two canoes, an inflatable stand-up paddle board, a propane BBQ grill, Wi-Fi, and cable TV. Capable of fitting up to 12 guests, this is the perfect getaway for friends and families.
