Unit 4: Front 3 bed/1 bath: Large unit. Kitchen 90% done. Harwood floors sanded down in huge front living room with a ton of windows. 1 bedroom and bath on main level with 2 bedrooms up. Bathroom 90% done.

I project approximately $10-15k to complete. Utilities are not split. I recommend sub metering the water (I can get info to you) and including trash/sewer/electric/gas in rent.
