Beautiful Home, Utopia - Texas In 2016 this house was stripped back to the metal roof, hard pine 80 year old floors and a few walls studs. Since it is a pier and beam construction, the floors were leveled and added 20+ PIERS. After leveling a complete renovation of the home was conducted. Rooms we rearranged allowing complete openness. All plumbing, all doors ( interior) and exterior) , all electrical including new breaker box, all wiring, kitchen cabinets and granite counters were replaced. All was painted with Sherwin Williams paint. (2 coats) All walls and ceiling were completely insulated. In 2020 a new two car oversized garage (22' x 24') with was built. The garage floor, foundation and drive are concrete. The garage door is automatic and 18 Feet wide, allowing easy parking. It also has smart board siding exterior. The garage is wired with new electrical service from the home. Basically the entire house is now new. The home sits on a beautifully manicured .55 acre lot in the town of Utopia proper, the post office is 3 minutes away and the fire department and EMS is less than two blocks away. All appliances (dishwasher, microwave and cook stove ) new in 2016. The hardwood floors ( 80 years old) were totally refinished and are stunningly beautiful. Irreplaceable The fireplace is not used for open fire. Wont last, schedule a showing today.
