Walking down the curved maple and cork stairs notice the extensive use of more cork flooring. The open concept lower level allows for an office and living area with abundant light and a round gas stove tucked into the wall. The guest bedroom with rock views and an adjacent bath are an inviting visitor's retreat.
Another attention getter is an area dedicated to wine enthusiasts. The architecture invites nature in by incorporating boulders into this room. The rocks sometimes serve as a serene natural trickling waterfall during stormy weather. The "Cork Room" has hidden drainage to the outside of the home. This intimate place has an expansive mural made from hundreds of wine corks. This artistry depicts Prescott's iconic Thumb Butte. A semi-circular bar completes the area.
