No smoking, vaping, or illegal drugs are allowed in or on the property. If you damage furniture or any items in the property, you will be responsible for the cost of the damage or replacement. Guests are to allow homeowner or service access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Guests are responsible for ensuring that any visitors comply with these House Rules. A Minut noise monitor system is located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This smart home device measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record anything, and allows the host to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure quiet hours are being obeyed and to ensure that all neighbors are being respected. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property.
