The bathrooms have an ultra-modern look and feel, with walk-in standing showers, bathtubs, and a spa-inspired en-suite bath with separate double vanities, a large soaking tub, and a sleek glass shower. The serene backyard is perfect for entertaining family and friends, featuring a large side yard with landscaped greenery, a patio set, an outdoor grill, and a fully fenced backyard for privacy. The cinema room brings the theater experience home with a cinema screen, sound system, and theatre-style seating.
Free parking is available to guests with plenty of space in the garage and on the driveway. A laundry room with a washer and a dryer is available for your use. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest.

Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or large unauthorized gatherings are allowed. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. The fireplace is gas-operated and should only be used if you are familiar with its operation, and it should not be left unattended. The spa heating element and jets are inoperable. Noise level monitoring is in place to comply with local noise ordinances and prevent unauthorized parties. A pet cleaning fee applies, and pets should be discussed in advance. Full disclosure of the number of people on the property is required at all times with security camera verification to comply with local laws and booking platform policies. Rest assured, there are no cameras in any inside private areas, respecting the privacy of guests. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance.
