The spacious living area, tastefully furnished with an oversized L-shaped couch, additional chairs, and a flat-screen TV, is designed for creating great memories with family and friends. The stylish dining area, adorned with French-style accents, features a dining table with seating for eight.
Free parking is available in the double garage, on neighborhood streets, and on the driveway. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also available. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of two pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest.
Welcome to Corinth! Located in Denton County north of Lake Lewisville, Corinth is approximately 20 miles north of downtown Dallas and 15 miles southwest of the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. With excellent highway access, you can easily make your way into Dallas. Explore local attractions like the Old Alton Bridge, Corinth Community Park, and Lake Lewisville, or venture into Dallas for the ICR Discovery Center, Mandalay Canal Walk, and Six Flags Over Texas.
We do not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings at our property. Only registered guests are permitted. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. Smoking is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus cleaning costs. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. The fireplace is gas-operated and should not be left unattended. Towels are provided, but guests are welcome to bring their own pool towels. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance.
