Our location is amazing. We have access to Des Moines. Marina or the little historical town of Des Moines. We also have access to the rail and Highline Community College.
This three bedroom two bath has one jet tub in the master bath, one walk-in closet and one shower, a fireplace and a view.
The second bathroom has access to the main bathroom which could be considered a second master bedroom.
The living room has cathedral ceilings and is very modern. We have remodeled the whole house from front to back even put in artificial grass so no one has to mow.
The backyard does have a pool but is not going to be accessible to the tenants but there is a replacement with a hot tub with lights on the fence line which is completely fenced.
He will have a two-car garage, three parking spaces in front of the two-car garage and a side parking for a motorhome.
The best thing about this home is that you know exactly what you are going to pay every month so you can budget your money as these days everyone needs some help.
There are two gas fireplaces in our home so if the power goes out you will have heat with some candles which is always nice to have .
The backyard also has a covered patio with a gas grill that is attached to the house gas line.
