Guests must be at least 18 years old to book a reservation. No unregistered guests, smoking, or pets are allowed inside the unit. The house is exclusively for vacation use, and filming is not permitted without prior authorization. Guests are expected to take care of the home as they would their own. To access the resort, guests are required to share a guest list to create and share QR codes. Essentials are provided for the first night only, including toiletries and kitchen supplies. For long stays of 25 days or more, a $2,000 security deposit is required, which is fully refundable upon check-out, provided there is no damage or deep cleaning required. A $400 security deposit is also required, fully refundable if no damages or cleaning issues are present, up to 7 business days after check-out.
