There are so many great spots to hang out in this home, you’ll have no problem fitting your whole group. The living room has a modern and rustic feel with cozy seating and a fireplace to gather around as a group. There is another living area on the upper level with a foosball table and gorgeous furniture. Plus, you’ll also have your very own cinema room with comfy seating and cool movie posters adorning the walls. The bright open kitchen will be a delight to cook in with tons of room and counterspace. It’s fully equipped with everything you’ll need whether you’re cooking up a fresh meal or enjoying the delicious local takeout. You’ll have multiple spots to enjoy your meals too — a beautiful dining room, a cozy breakfast area, or on the barstools at the kitchen counter. You’ll have tons of room to spread out with a big group in the 7 spacious bedrooms (one of them being the cinema room with a sofa bed). They are beautifully furnished with high-end furniture and decorated with lamps and wall art that promote a soothing atmosphere. Plus, with 3.5 bathrooms, no one will have to fight over the bathrooms when getting ready! They are all clean and updated with modern finishes. You’ll also have access to a fully equipped laundry room so you don’t have to overpack and can easily wash your pool clothes. Speaking of pools, we can’t forget to visit the amazing backyard! It’s the perfect spot to entertain and enjoy under the covered patio with great seating. You’ll have lots of privacy in the fully fenced yard surrounded by large trees. The pool is huge, stunningly blue, perfect for cooling off on a hot day. You’ll also have a relaxing hammock. It’s a true paradise back here!
Heating the spa is an extra feature and available upon request. $120 initial heating cost will apply and $60 per day to maintain the temperature. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Early check-in and late check-out options are available, subject to availability and may include a small additional fee. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest.
Situated in the highly sought-after neighborhood of Westwood Shores in Rowlett, your vacation home will be in a growing upscale community, located right by Lake Ray Hubbard. There is a very special Bass Pro Shop located right here by the lake, offering great views, shopping, an aquarium, arcade, onsite restaurant, and a private sand beach. There are also many local parks and trails nearby. You’ll also be 40 minutes to DFW Airport and 30 to downtown Dallas. You’ll be just a short drive away from the most popular Dallas attractions. Pay a visit to one of the several museums, including Perot Museum of Nature and Science, Dallas Museum of Art, and The Sixth Floor Museum. Other must-see attractions include the JFK Memorial, Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens and Dallas World Aquarium. You also can’t miss checking out Reunion Tower —it looks especially spectacular at night! Closer to Rowlett, the Wet Zone Waterpark is 9 minutes away, offering a fun destination for the whole family, and the Waterview Golf Club is just 15 minutes away. There are also tons of green spaces. The Rowlett Creek Preserve (located 8 minutes away) offers a 15.6-mile-long trail and allows hikers to create paths ranging from one to 15 miles long. Also 8 minutes away and situated on 6.4 acres of land, Lakeside Park is a recreational area that features hiking trails that wrap around the lake. Additionally, Firewheel Town Center is just 13 minutes away in neighboring Garland, featuring an open-air shopping complex with lots of shops, entertainment, and restaurant options.
Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Room #5 will be opened for groups of 12 or more guests. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed. The maximum cars allowed are 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway. The fireplace is electrically operated and should only be used if you are familiar with its operation and should not be left unattended. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. A laptop computer is not included.
Includes Wi-Fi and a comfortable workspace to ensure a productive environment for remote work.
