Gas lines have been replaced with new efficient lines & have been inspected since replacing in 2018. Columbia gas confirms proper use & functionality. AC has been inspected twice since 2018. Both work ups show the system to be functioning properly. New light fixture has been installed in Kitchen & is working properly.
