Whether you're planning a weekend getaway or an extended stay, this condo has everything you need to create lasting memories.
A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking. The traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. There are security cameras installed outside for your safety and protection, but no cameras are inside the property. Beach towels are not provided. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy, which applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. [SI]
