The stairs leading up to each of the lofts are of standard rise and run and are illuminated for safety.

You'll stay toasty warm in the winter months with a Kuma oil stove, double pane windows and ceiling fans above each loft to help distribute the heat evenly.

There is a heated 5' x'5 x8' outhouse with a 42" x 5' x8' generator shed connected that also sits on metal post foundation with a metal roof. The outhouse currently does not have a hole, the owner preferred to use it honey bucket style.

The grade right around the cabin itself is flat and the area around the cabin has been cleared for a fire break. There is a lean to wood shed and fire pit also on the property.

The property is a part of the Trapper Creek Glen HOA. The dues are $50.00 a year and go towards trail maintenance.

The cabin is located approx. 4 miles off the Parks Hwy at mile 121.5. Approx. a 10 minute snow machine ride in winter & around an hour ride in the summer.
