There is a fireplace in living room that no one has any knowledge about, and it specifically sells in "as is" condition. All floors are marked as other as future homeowner would probably want to replace all. There are no kitchen cabinets present and home probably will need major improvements in plumbing and heating. Air conditioning exists but no warranty as to working condition or not. Heat system is old boiler system and no knowledge of working condition. Buyer of this home should be somewhat handy and or have the financial means to hire professional help. Taxes are probably overassessed based upon list price.
