This is a 7,530 square foot lot, with 75 feet on the Whitaker Bayou. The Kitchen has granite counter tops and newer cabinetry and both bathrooms have been updated. It is a wood frame structure with asphalt shingle roof and the exterior is in need of some work. There is a 6 x 6 front-entry porch with steps and a ramp. There is also a 16 x 16 L-shaped rear porch overlooking the rear yard, boat dock and Whitaker Bayou. The rear yard is fenced with PVC fencing, owned by this parcel. The chain-link fencing is owned by the adjoining neighbors. There is no stove in the Kitchen. There is an exterior storage area on the side of the house, with a dirt floor and a hole in the roof. Dr. Martin Luther King Memorial Park is at the entrance to Walker Circle and this street is walking distance to the Ringling College of Art & Design. This home is less than a ten-minute drive to Downtown Sarasota (right down Coconut Street) and only a ten-minute drive to the airport. This is an excellent location on the water.
