Entire system is backed up with a fully functioning propane boiler. Cooling is provided by the Unico small duct high velocity cooling system. No massive duct work hanging from the basement ceilings and even temperature even on the hottest summer days. Main level first is an expansive 2,750 sq ft of space with 9' ceilings including the Master Suit with large walk in closet and the adjoining Master bathroom. Master bath includes Air Jet tub which allows essential oil soaks and interchangeable lighting for chromotherapy. A separate stand up shower along with his and her vanities and a large over sized bathroom closet. Down the 4' wide hallway sits 2 separate bedrooms across from a full size bath Jack and Jill style bathroom. Bathroom has ceramic tile throughout.
