This property is being SOLD AS IS. The structure is a "shell" with studs visible on the second floor. New foundation poured in October 2004 and first floor of structure was moved from Mohegan Trail in October 2004. Second floor construction and Cape-style roof system was started in late October 2004. Building permits were obtained. In August 2005, an electrical permit was obtained to bring service to the structure. There is an approved 4-bedroom ISDS for a AX20 Advantex system issued by the RI Dept. of Environmental Management. The system has never been used. There is a drilled well near the eastern boundary which has never been used. There are ocean views to the northeast as well as views of Clayhead, Crescent Beach, the entrance to Old Harbor and the mainland. Walking access to a rocky beach at the end of the lane abutting property. The property is being sold by a Trust and the Trustee has never been in the structure. All information provided comes from the Town of New Shoreham Building Official's office and the Trustee has no knowledge if the information is correct.
