The wallpaper in the bathroom has one coat of polyurethane to protect it from water. The bathroom has been recently renovated with a new Kohler tub, shower head, and toilet.. It features an antique dresser that was converted to a vanity with a Kohler sink. Large, long drawers were installed to maximize organization. They are handmade from solid wood. The kitchen is full of updated appliances, the most notable of which is the Fisher & Paykel dishwasher which has 2 space-efficient drawers. The refrigerator is taller & thinner than a traditional fridge, which allows for the inclusion of a slide-out drawer system behind it. The countertops and floating shelves are stained butcher block, and the two lower-level cabinets are also soft-close.
