For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. Parking spots are limited, and you can secure your spot by booking in advance. Video surveillance may be used in public areas. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee. The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy, and extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent. Violators will be charged a $200 to $500 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction, with violators charged a $500 fine. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. Local resident restrictions apply, and guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. The traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine, plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine. Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., with violators charged a $200 fine.
