Well hello there, please allow me to introduce myself. I'm a lovely 2 bedroom 1 bath ranch w/ a cute little front porch and a huge fenced in backyard for all kinds of fun and games. As you may notice when driving by and checking me out on the outside, since two thousand seventeen, I've slipped into a new roof, new vinyl siding, gutters, new windows which are vinyl wrapped and installed a vinyl privacy fence out back. What you aren't going to see until you pay me a visit are the newer furnace, central air, ductwork, water heater, copper plumbing and electrical stuff. Now I'm going to be honest, there are a couple of cosmetic things needing attention but I think we've priced the house pretty aggressively to account for this. The living/dining room are nice and open, great for gatherings & you'll be surprised to see how spacious the bedrooms are. All 4 of these rooms have hardwood floors just waiting to shine. I'm going to miss the really cute tile in the bathroom. Down in the basement, the floors and walls were recently painted, good ceiling height in case you want to finish some or all of it or just keep it for storage. I must also mention, when you're done seeing the house, down around the corner a couple blocks you will bump into the soon to open South Shore Train stop in south Hammond. So check out the photos and see how neat and tidy things are inside/outside and lets make a date to get together soon. I think you'll be impressed. Oh my, almost forgot to mention kitchen will come fully equipped & the washer/dryer will be include with the sale.
