The dining nook is located off this area and overlooks the lake. The one bedroom also overlooks the lake. There is nothing better than lying in bed at night listening to the loons calling. The full bathroom with stand-up shower is where the on demand hot water heater is located. The utility room completes the floor plan. It has washer and dryer hook-ups and plenty of room for storage.
The deck on the front of the camp provides an added space to sit and enjoy the wildlife as you have your morning coffee. If you look underneath the camp you will see that it has been insulated well with sprayed, styrofoam insulation. It is also wired and has lights, and has a walk out door to the lake. It has windows that open for easy air flow. The seller stored his canoe, building supplies, etc. without having to worry about things getting wet. It's a great bonus space for storage!
Although the camp is listed as seasonal, the seller has lived there year round in the past. The water line is buried underground and has a submersible pump, so you do not need to remove it in the winter. The water goes into the shower, sinks, and washer, and has a gray water system. There is a septic holding tank for the toilet. Drinking water is carried in. There is also a nice big shed/workshop with the property.
