In addition to the living room, the first floor contains an office with many built in shelves and cabinets, a dining room, kitchen, bath, mudroom entry and large room off the entry currently used as an exercise room but has many possibilities. Off the kitchen is a large walk-in pantry with built in spice rack, lots of shelving and a work area with an outlet for added counter space. The second floor has lovely original wide pine flooring throughout the three bedrooms, spacious laundry room and den. There are many built in drawers, closets and cabinets throughout the home. The large primary bedroom at the front of the house overlooks the river. The third floor has been remodeled to include two additional bedrooms and a storage room, with hardwood floors in the bedrooms and hallway. The large fenced in back yard features mature perennial beds along one side and a large storage shed built in one corner.
