Six miles from the Beacon-Newburgh Bridge (Interstate 84) and just 20 minutes from Newburgh. It's close to hospitals, schools and colleges, and downtown Beacon has plenty of choices for dining and shopping. For fun, there are plenty of walking trails, a nearby marina, golf courses, state parks and water parks, too.

Applications can be submitted on our website (a link will be emailed to you if you request info). The site also contains additional information and 3D tours of sample homes. There is a $13.00 application fee for a credit report, a copy of which will be mailed to you. Our application will ask for the "Property" name in a drop down menu. Please select "OAK MEADOWS COMMUNITY". You can expect a response by email within 3 business days.
