Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, and parking is available for 3 cars. No cats are allowed, and dogs must be crate trained. Long-term stays are available upon inquiry.

Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No parties are allowed, and violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. An exterior camera is installed solely to monitor the cleaning team for quality and security purposes. Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property. The guest has access to the entire home minus the locked cleaners' closet. A guest verification process is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, and a rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in. A non-refundable $50 damage waiver is required, covering accidental damage during your stay if reported prior to check-out.
